Terms of Service

By using CastAMint you agree to these Terms and our Acceptable Use Policy. You must be 13+ (or the age of digital consent where you live) to use the service.

Your content & rights. You are responsible for what you create. You represent and warrant that you have all rights needed to generate, download, share, and print each figure, and that it does not infringe anyone’s copyright, trademark, publicity, or other rights. You retain rights to your original creations, subject to the terms of the AI providers we use. You grant CastAMint a license to host, process, and display your creations to operate the service — and, only if you mark a figure public, to show it in the community gallery.

Credits & billing. Generating and casting consume credits. A small generation fee applies; if you purchase a print, we may credit back amounts spent generating that item, as described in-app. Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and except where required by law or expressly stated, are non-refundable.

AI output. Figures are generated by AI and reconstructed into 3D. Output may contain errors or unprintable features; we make no guarantee of accuracy, fitness, or printability. Use at your own discretion.

Indemnity & liability. You agree to indemnify and hold CastAMint harmless from claims arising out of your content or use, including IP claims. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is,” and our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the prior 3 months.

Termination. We may suspend or remove content or accounts that violate these terms. Governing law: [your jurisdiction].

Acceptable Use Policy

Don’t use CastAMint to create, request, download, share, or print:

• Content that infringes copyright or trademark — including characters, logos, or brands you don’t own (e.g. franchise characters).
• Real people’s likeness without their permission (other than your own photo or someone who consents).
• Sexual content, especially anything involving minors; we report CSAM to authorities.
• Hateful, harassing, or violent content targeting people or groups.
• Weapons, devices, or instructions intended to cause real-world harm, or anything illegal.

We screen requests automatically and may block or remove content and accounts. Blocking isn’t a legal review — you remain responsible for your creations.

Privacy Policy

What we collect. Account email, your creations and selections, and usage events (for billing, analytics, and abuse prevention). We don’t sell your personal data.

Processors. We use Supabase (auth & database), OpenAI (image & text generation, content moderation), Meshy (3D reconstruction), and Vercel (hosting). Your prompts and uploaded photos are sent to these providers to deliver the service, subject to their terms.

Your choices. You can edit or delete your account and casts anytime in Account and My Casts. Contact us to request data export or deletion.

DMCA / Copyright

If you believe content on CastAMint infringes your rights, send a notice with: the work concerned, the URL of the infringing figure, your contact info, and a good-faith statement, to [dmca@yourdomain]. We’ll review and remove infringing content promptly and may disable repeat infringers.
