Delete your CastAMint account

Delete it yourself, in the app

You can delete your account at any time — you don’t need to contact us.

1. Open the CastAMint app (or go to castamint.com) and sign in.
2. Go to Account.
3. Scroll to the Delete account section at the bottom and tap Delete my account.
4. Confirm when prompted. Your account is deleted immediately and you are signed out.

Deleting some of your data without deleting your account

You don’t have to close your account to remove what you’ve made. In the CastAMint app (or on castamint.com), open My Casts, tap the cast you want to remove, and choose Delete.

Deleting a cast permanently removes that figure and everything stored with it — the image you uploaded, your prompt, the generated 3D model, and its print files. Your account, plan, and other casts are untouched. As above, records of any order you placed for that figure are kept for 7 years for tax and accounting purposes. To clear your saved shipping address or phone number, open Account, empty those fields, and save.

If you ticked Save this photo when uploading, that photo is kept in My Photos so you can cast it again. Open My Photos to delete any of them individually, or use Delete all. Saved photos are private to your account, are never shown to anyone else, and are deleted automatically 90 days after you saved them even if you do nothing.

Can’t sign in?

Email support@castamint.com from the address on the account and ask us to delete it. We verify ownership of the email address and then delete the account, normally within 5 business days.

What is deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes, with no recovery:

• Your login and profile — email address, display name, and saved shipping address and phone number
• Every cast you created, including the images you uploaded, your prompts, and the generated 3D model and print files
• Every photo you chose to save to My Photos, including the stored image files themselves
• Your profile picture
• Your likes, download history, plan and credit balance, and any push-notification tokens for your devices

What we keep, and for how long

• Order and payment records. If you ever placed an order, the order record — including the shipping details printed on the label — is kept for 7 years to satisfy tax, accounting, and chargeback obligations. Its link to your account is removed, so it is no longer associated with a CastAMint user. Card details are never held by us; they are processed by Stripe.
• Support emails. Messages you sent us through the contact form or by email are kept for up to 2 years, then deleted.
• Aggregate usage counts. Anonymous, non-identifying totals (for example, how many casts were generated on a given day) are retained indefinitely. They cannot be traced back to you.
• Backups. Deleted records may persist in encrypted database backups for up to 30 daysbefore those backups roll off.
